Case of Custom Commercial Massage Chairs with Seamless Payment Integration for Public Spaces
A client in the wellness industry approached Oasource to enhance the customer experience by installing commercial massage chairs in high-traffic public areas such as airports and shopping malls. To address this, Oasource designed custom massage chairs equipped with dual payment options. The chairs featured a coin mechanism that accepted various denominations, as well as a credit card reader capable of processing chip, swipe, and contactless payments. The chairs were designed with an intuitive interface, allowing users to easily select their desired session length and payment method. Once payment was made, the system would automatically start the massage and stop when the session ended, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all users.
After installing the massage chairs in a high-traffic mall, the results were immediately evident.
